How long does it take to receive my downloaded products after making my purchase?
You should be able to download immediately after paying for the items at PayPal or Google Checkout if your payment is cleared. Once you click on the “Continue” link at PayPal, you will be taken to a download page. If the order has not been processed, or if the payment is pending, then you will receive an email with the download links when the transaction has completed.
How do I get in touch with you if I don’t get the download?
The download process should take place immediately, however, in some cases customers have an anti-spam firewall software installed that may block normal emails or downloads, you can avoid this by adding the following to your email program’s Safe Sender List: add support@imspublishingcorp.com to your Favorites or Safe Senders List, failure to do so may result in your mail filter preventing your purchased downloaded products from reaching you.
Do you have Back-Up CD-Rom’s available for you products and how can I purchase them?
Yes, we do offer an optional Back-Up CD-Rom disk for most of our downloaded products. All CD-Rom Back-Up disks are only available for purchase from the MySuccessGuides.com website. The price is $12.95 which includes production, shipping and handling. All orders are shipped by First Class US Mail within 24 hours of purchase.
How is my personal information secure and protected when a purchase is made?

How long do I have to download the products from the date of purchase?
After you receive the “Thank You For Your Purchase” page, you will have 13 days available to download the product. Also note that the number of refreshes or reloads of the web page may cause your download link to expire. Please contact support@imspublishingcorp.com if you are facing download problems.
Do you offer a money back guarantee for your products?
IMS Publishing Corp. offers a 60 day money back guarantee on all of its products. The refunds can be processed by sending a refund request to refunds@imspublishing.com.
